Terms of service.

By using Affiliyo, you agree to these terms. They're meant to be readable. Plain language, no hidden clauses.

The service

Affiliyo is a tool for monitoring affiliate links across platforms, creating managed redirect URLs, and getting alerts when destinations break. The service is provided as-is with reasonable care but no specific uptime guarantee on the free plan.

Account

You need an account to use Affiliyo. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for what happens on your account. If you spot unauthorized access, email affiliyo.mail@gmail.com and we'll help.

Accounts are for one person or one organization. Sharing an account with multiple operators is fine; reselling your account to unrelated third parties isn't.

Plans and billing

The free plan is free forever. Paid plans (Starter and Pro) bill monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

You can cancel from your account at any time. Canceled subscriptions keep their paid features until the end of the period already paid for. After that, the account drops to the free plan.

Refunds

Email affiliyo.mail@gmail.com within 14 days of any charge and we'll refund it. No questions, no forms. After 14 days we look at requests individually but don't commit in advance.

Acceptable use

Don't use Affiliyo to monitor or redirect to illegal content, phishing sites, malware, content that infringes someone else's copyright, or content that violates the rules of the affiliate program it's pointing to.

Don't abuse the system. No automated scraping of other users' data, no attempts to bypass rate limits, no running load tests without asking.

Violations may result in account suspension. Serious violations (illegal content, abuse of others) result in immediate termination without refund.

Your content

The URLs you monitor and the slugs you create stay yours. We don't claim ownership. We only use your data to operate the service as described in the privacy policy.

Managed URL redirects survive account deletion. They keep redirecting even after you cancel. So that your audience isn't left with dead links. You can still manually disable any specific managed URL at any time.

Our content

The Affiliyo brand, website, and application are ours. You're welcome to link to us and talk about us; please don't copy the site or repackage the service.

Service availability

We target high availability but don't offer a formal SLA on Free or Starter plans. If the service is significantly degraded for paying users, we'll pro-rate credits on request.

Termination

You can terminate your account at any time from the dashboard or by emailing us. We can terminate accounts that violate the acceptable use rules or that create a risk for the service or other users.

Limitation of liability

Affiliyo is a monitoring tool, not a guarantee. We aren't liable for lost affiliate commissions, lost traffic, or business decisions made based on our alerts. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes get an email to active accounts and a note at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes that can't be resolved over email go to the competent Dutch courts, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
